Our newest premier studio on property is located on the second floor and enjoys a mesmerizing ocean view from the outer reefs of Spreckelsville to Kahakaloa and beyond. It has a king size bed, full size sofa sleeper, coffee table, dresser, custom tile shower, AC and comfortable wicker chairs. The walls are adorned with colorful original art works from local artists. It’s our brightest, most airy space with 14 ft. ceilings and clerestory windows. It has a 12 ft. sliding glass door that opens up to a beautiful wrap around iron wood lanai. On some days you can see kite surfers, wing foilers and big wave tow surfers enjoying the huge waves breaking on the outer reefs. Downstairs is a shared outdoor wet bar kitchenette / BBQ / alfresco dinning equipped with a beverage center and mini fridge.

Rental rates / Availability:

Regular rate = $500 /night

Holiday rate = $650/night (December 18 – Jan 2)

– Cleaning Fee = $150.

– All room rates are subject to (GET/TAT) tax of 17.42%

-Property is not suitable for children under 14 yrs. old.

There is a 3 night minimum for advanced bookings. Feel free to call on the week of for anything less than 3 nights. If we have anything available then we are happy to accommodate you.
